The ATMT H855 does not work with universal remote controls. You need to purchase an original remote control from the supplier or manufacturer.

I cant find any USB port iin my mp3 how do i charge it using USB cable

must be hidden with a small button-like flap which can be pulled out using your finger tips...should also have a usb symbol on top so that it is obvious to all.....if you can still not find it....try moving your finger gently along the periphery of the player...any breaks or changes in level should show you your destination...

Need remote code for bush dvd2054

If you unplug your Divx player, perhaps the volume will reset to the default level. That's a short term solution. What you need is a new remote control.. a universal one wont be satisfying really. Try ebay or http://www.replacementremotes.com/

Rhapsody

I'm going to try this suggestion from Sansa:

Thanks again for calling SanDisk Technical Support. It is our goal to make sure you have all the resources you need to get the most from your product.

There may still be music hidden in Rhapsody mode that you can't see.

To find this music go to the Tools menu in the upper left corner from any open folder in Windows XP.

Choose the last option, Folder Options

A dialog box will appear, choose the View tab and you will see a list of options.

Find and select the Show hidden files and folders option. Then click Apply, then OK in that order.

This will make any hidden files on your computer visible.

Now open My Computer and double click on the mp3 player to open it.
You should see a few grayed out folders. We will be looking for MUSIC and SYSTEM.

Open the Music folder to see if there are files there to delete.

Open the SYSTEM folder and look for a second Music folder deleting this folder will free A LOT of space..all of the pre-loaded music for Rhapsody channels.

Disconnect the device and check the free space.
