Question about Xerox DOCUMATE 510 Flatbed Scanner
paprPort.exe- unable to locate component
this application failed to start because FeatureSwitch.dll was not found.
I tried re-installing the application 5 times and the problem is not fixed. I don't understand it worked fine last week
I had same problem with visioner scanner.
you must g ointo control panel, ad remove programs aand look for any drivers for the scanner that have not been uninstalled and remove them. I had 2 other drivers in there I was not aware were forth scanner or another type of scanner.

Have you tried going to the Xerox.com site and downloading the new drivers, software available there?
Sounds like there is some corruption in your file system.
