Question about Acer Aspire E380-UD420A (ASE380-UD420A) PC Desktop
If you have a paper clip handy you can unfold it and use it to stick in the emergency eject hole. If you look on the face of it there will be a tiny hole just big enough for the paperclip...a disc may be jamming it...if you get it out it will likely fix the problem.
