HI. Your symptom's indicate that the main PCB has failed. It may be weak relay action, or PCB circuit failure. In any case, the necessary actions, at this point, will be to have the damaged PCB replaced, asap.
Im sure there will be burn marks on the actual board. Once you have gained access to allow for the visual inspection, check the board for circuit/relay damage. INspect for any discolorations on the circuit layout, A brownish , or black burn marks Will confirm the damaged location of the board.
Most PCB's are located just above the compressor platform, behind an access panel. In some cases, the PCB will be mounted on a bracket, in close proximity to the compressor assembly.
