1) Try to relocate sender, it might be receiving interference from nearby electronics. 2) Batteries might be low on the headphones, and is unable to receive signal from sender. Look at the manual, to see if there is a way to change the transmit channel on sender, and the headphones as well.

I am plugged directly into my computer and am receiving TV and radio stations on my headphones even if I turn off the receiver plugged into the computer. How do you adjust the transmit channel? There is nothing that comes with the system to tell you how to fix this!

The sentry H0700 is ridiculose. all i hear is radio transmission which is even never clear and the sound i am trying to listen to cannot find it on the search. besides, why does it have rca wires anyway....

Sentry h0700 headphones can be used with a TV, PC, or notebook. I use the wireless, and when the batteries are off, I attach the cable and keep using them as regular headphones while my batteries are charging. If you hear the radio just pres reset than pres scan again. That should do it. Works for me and the sound is just fine! I paid 10$ for them, I think they are pretty amazing considering the price. I would choose something smaller and better quality if I want to use it outside with a portable device.

Sentry HO900 headphones

The H0900 should come with a mini-plug adapter. The headphone jack in my TV was deeply inset, so I kinda reversed it. The adapter plugs into the transmitter, then the Red/White plugs, into that, then the long end of the cord into the TV.

Works fine for me. My problem will be posted seperately.

No sound, only static

Hi I had the same problem and just emailed Sennheiser.Go to the menu on your TV and change the variable audio output to fixed. I use the headphones through the home theatre so the volume must be max on the home theatre and then you can adjust your headphone volume. It absolutely worked and I don't get anywhere near the static noise when I go to another room with the headphones on that I got previously. Also be sure your audio cable is plugged into the fixed audio output socket. I did not have to do anything with that.
