Tips for a great answer:
I appreciate your post, gianni roma!
From the information you have provided your Electrolux refrigerator is not holding the set temperature. It sounds like it could be a possible issue with your control panel or damper. I would suggest performing a reset on your refrigerator by disconnecting power from it for ten minutes. If a reset does not help correct the issue I would suggest having a professional come out and provide an accurate diagnosis. Best of luck! -Matt

Hi joeeshir - Did the unit previously experience a power loss? If the temperature of food rises to an unsafe level, the buzzer will sound and the red light, if equipped, will also glow. First, deactivate the alarm to the unit by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker. Wait approximately ten minutes and then turn on the unit. After deactivating the alarm and the unit has run approximately four hours, the red light/alarm should go off on its own. If the red light/alarm continues to stay on, the freezer may possibly have a communication problem with the control board, temperature control or a wiring harness. If this is the case, I would recommend connecting with an experienced technician to determine the underlying cause.

Hello 1clevergirl - Make sure you have cleaned the unit's coils and behind the toe grille at the bottom/front o f the refrigerator. If you are not hearing the compressor running and it is not cooling contact a service professional immediately. The compressor is constantly meant to go on and off frequently to keep unit at a constant temperature. In this case the refrigerator could possibly have a coolant leak or an issue with the internal sealed system including the evaporator fan.
