How do I get the function y=e square? and where do i get a manual for this calculator? Its a Casio FX-9750GAPLUS

First of all the manual. Here is a link to the download page of all chapters.
To get the value of "e" the base of the natural logarithm you calculate the value of the exponential e^x function for x=1, in other words
value of "e"=e^(1)=2.718281828

To get the square you can use (e(^1))^2, but that is clumsy.
You can use the rule about exponential functions (e^a)*e^b)=e^(a+b)
Thus (e^1)*(e^1)=e^(1+1)=e^2

To access the exponential function press [SHIFT][LN]
and the square of "e" is obtained by pressing
[SHIFT][LN] 2 [ENTER]
The result is 7.389056099.

    To draw the function Y1= square of exponential of X, you enter in the Y=editor
    Y1=[SHIFT][LN] [ ( ] 2* [X, Theta, T] [ )]. The [X,Theta, T] key is the one under [ALPHA].

You can use the square-root function for any number, whether it's a perfect square or not. For example, to calculate the square root of 2, press SHIFT [square-root] 2 EXE .

[square-root] is on the x^2 key, just to the right of the ALPHA key.

How do I simplify a cubed root of a number on the fx-300ES?


It can handle square root but if result requires too much display space it will be displayed as a decimal.As to higher order roots such as cube , 4th and higher they are displayed as decimal. Sorry, there is nothing you can do about it.

To calculate a square root you press the square root key. A radical will be displayed. You type in the positive number whose root you want. Press the EXE key.

How to find determinant


Given a square matrix, you can find its determinant by using the determinant function available through SHIFT 4 7. SHIFT 4 brings up the matrix menu, and 7 selects the determinant function.

Use the key that is 3 keys below the ALPHA button. You must press that key, then place the number or equation you are trying to get the square root of.
