Three thing can cause this problem.
First is as you mention the air valve is leaking and is only due to its 'o' ring which can be replaced or replace the whole air valve. Not any steam should be leak from it at all.
Second during winter the water supply is much colder than summer so every boiler refill then boiler heating automaticaly switch on.
Third also during winter the room temperature is lower so the boiler is cooling down faster than summer since their in not any insulation around it.
If the presurestat which control the temperature inside the boiler become more sensitive because of years of work this is not actualy a problem since is use the same energy but now in more times and more frequent but for less time each time. Unless it stuck and either you have continues heating with no stop or stuck at alway off so the machine is always cool no need to replace pressurestat.

I replaced the pump and it's working, however, when I turned on the machine and the boiler came up, there's a stream of pressured steam coming out of releasing through the top of the machine. Any id

Hopefully, your pressure gauge is working, and if it is at 1.2 bar or so, then you have a failed anti-suction valve or boiler safety valve.
The ASV is the smaller fitting; it might be stuck, so you could try tapping the little button. The boiler safety valve is another matter - it will open at some point past 1.8 bar, which means the pressurestat is shot or its adjustment has been tampered with.

It's most likely the ASV - they do get stuck open as well as closed...

My Saeco Incanto Sirius machine keeps asking for yet another VENTILATE cycle

This means the water cannot flow through the machine. Normal fix is to prime the machine (turn water dispenser on, fill a cup) or descale the machine. Go through the menu, select descale, enter, then turn the steam knob fully anti-clockwise. You should put the descaling solution in the water tank first.
If you have the auto-descale in the menu then run it. Run the solution through the machine twice. Then rinse well.

Water pump runs constantly

First we have to figure out where the water is going, because if the pump is running the water has to go somewhere. either the boiler or coming out the groupheads or there is a leak? If the groupheads check the manual switches make sure they are in the off position. If the boiler check the wire on the level probe, the inlet solenoid and sight glass to see the amount of water in the boiler. If there are no leaks then there might be a problem with the mainboard.

I have a leak somewhere around the glass water level and it cnstant leaks

You might need to replace the gaskets on the water level or it could be from the connection to the steam valve from the boiler.

Gloria two group Astoria was shooting steam the other morning we turned it off what could this be from?

Where is the steam coming from, if its from the top, then the problem is the vent valve or the safety valve, if it is the safety then the pressure stat needs to be replaced because it might be damaged or blocked at the tube that connects it to the boiler.

I have an Astoria Argenta SAE-2 & it seems to be overfilling with water & then leaking. The ball that is usually sitting in the tube to show maximum/minimum water level has disappeared. Is...

you evidently have an overfill. it can be from 1 solenoid valve,2 electronic level controller,3 level detector wire or 4 if the machine is frozen and it mix waters
You should eliminate them 1 by 1 by this order:
- swich on water supply and open steam knobs. Wait 5 minutes, if water does not leak from pipes continuously you just eliminated $ freezing problem - leave steam and tea valves open and switch on power of machine, wait until electronics fill few seconds(it is programed to do so each time is switched on)>> wait until you see water leaking from steam pipes, wait them to start giving you steam. If during this you start to see ball it means you succeed to empty the boiler enough to get it in normal. NOW YOU SHOULD control 1 2 and 3
Be patient and wait to rise pressure on the boiler and control the level of water. if the water level rises again you should: check the detector wire(be sure that the part in water is not insulated with calcium, that the wire and the fitting of the wire are good separated and insulated by teflon insulation and be sure that wire from circuit is good attached to detector wire) check the solenoid valve: detach the wires to solenoid valve for tank filing, cool down machine to loose all steam and open the fitting attached to exit of solenoid valve , the exit which supplies the tank with water. make sure that is still attached to water supply and wait to see if drops are coming from valve IF IT IS SO THAN MECHANICAL PART OF VALVE IS DAMAGED
situation: if we checked 4,1and 3. If they are in order than remains only part 2 controler controler should be checked in some electronics workshop or replaced with new

My 2 group astoria over steams from top of warms up then in about half hr steam shoots out at the preasure valve doicky do i need a new one of those thanks greg

The pressure releive valve is pre-factory set to open if the pressure in boiler reach between 1.6 to 1.8 bars.
So either you have the presure switch (presostat) not working normal which supose to switch off the electrical element at 1.2 to 1.3 bars.
So look at the presure gauge at which presure the presure releive valve open and releive the steam out from boiler if it shown more than 1.5 bar the you need to check the presure switch since it does not switch off the heating element.
If the presure releive valve open below 1.5 bar then you need to replace the releive valve.
Good Luck

Hot water no steam low psi

Boiler pressure gauge should be showing in the green zone which should get you 195+ degrees.
