According to the user guide you can CLEAR RANDOM ACCESS MEMORY (RAM), by doing the following .

1) UNPLUG REGISTER

2)Turn the control lock to MC position with control key .

3)Connect the AC plug into power outlet WHILE pressing the C KEY .

4)When RAM is cleared of all MEMORY the register PRINTS a ROW of Cs .

I hv the sam problem. I don't understand the manual. And I don't know how to go to the PRG mode.
I can't turn the key to PRG. It's not stuck, I just can't. There is no hole for the key to turn it backwards from the OFF mode.

Please help me how to start reprogramming it

I would say the manufacturer or possibly a locksmith could just replace the lock and then you have new keys.

7-15 shows you how to reset the machine, which you may need to do. This will erase everything but should get you back in business.

First though make sure you have tried turning off the machine, unplugging it for a few seconds and then plugging back in/turning on. If that doesn't fix it then:

Power off the machine, then while holding down "C" and "7", power on the machine. This clears working memory.

If that doesn't work, power off, the hold "C" and "3" and power on. This clears working memory and report data.

Last resort is the same as above but press "C" and "9" keys while turning on. This clears everything.
