You DON'T replace the board. If it is cracked, you bridge insulated wires around the cracks and epoxy them down.
Often the pads break from the traces near the pots. Look for a small crack between the pad of the pot and the circuit trace leaving it. Common problem.

I see no cracks in mine at all but the red light stays on and there is no sound. I plugged the same part in from my second speaker and the red light goes off and the speaker works fine. I am not sure how to find out what is wrong with this board that h as the volume, inputs and EQ on it. Does anybody know the most likely part that would go out on it? All parts look good, no signs of blowing out.
