Look at the power/battery charging LED light and wriggle the power plug in the laptop's power socket. If the power/battery LED light flashes and in a certain position this LED light stays firm, then the power socket is either faulty or it has a dry solder joint where it is connected to the motherboard.
This can be repaired but it requires the laptop to be completely dismantled to get at this power socket and repair. If you cannot DIY then I suggest you get a quote first.

Sony vaio no power on

When you connect the power adapter into the laptop, does the power LED light up? If not then - The battery adapter or the adapter's power lead or the laptop's power socket could be faulty. Check power adapter's DC plug that connects into the laptop power socket with a multi-meter, the voltage should be slightly higher than the voltage that is printed on the label on the bottom of the adapter. If the voltage is zero or way below the voltage that is printed on the label then the power adapter is faulty and needs to be replaced. If the adapter is OK then connect it to the laptop and power it up, then look at the power/battery charging LED light and wriggle the power plug in the laptop's power socket. If the power/battery LED light flashes and in a certain position this LED light stays firm, then the power socket is either faulty or it has a dry solder joint where it is connected to the motherboard. The dc in will not fit the power plug anymore

I think the internal socket on the main circuit board has broken . This is common enough with old laptops.

It will have to be dismantled and the socket replaced, which is easy enough for a tech.

The battery adapter or the adapter's power lead or the laptop's power socket could be faulty.

If the voltage is zero or way below the voltage that is printed on the label then the power adapter is faulty and needs to be replaced.

The notebook not on and not ligth the leds

Check the power adapter with a multi-meter, the voltage of the power plug that plugs into the power socket on the laptop should be slight higher than the voltage that is printed on the label on the adapter.
If it is faulty, there are replacement power supplies available on the Internet or at your friendly computer shop.
If the adapter is OK then the power socket on the laptop is faulty or this socket has a dry solder joint connection on the motherboard.
You can test this by wriggling the power plug when it is connected to the laptop, if the charge LED flickers and if you hold this plug in a certain position the charge LED stays on without flickering, then the power socket is faulty.
This can be repaired, but requires the laptop to be completely
disassembled. I suggest you get a quote first.

I have note book sony vaio SR-27k but not power in mainboard or not BIOS running ( Blank) pc notebook not running.

If there is no power/charge lights on, it is likely the power adapter is faulty or the power socket on the laptop is faulty.
To test the power adapter, test the power plug that plugs into the laptop with a multi-meter. The voltage reading should be slightly higher than the voltage that is printed on the label on the bottom of the power adapter. If the voltage reading is zero or below the voltage on the label then the adapter is faulty and needs to be replaced.
If the voltage reading is OK then the power socket on the laptop could be faulty. Connect the adapter to the laptop and wriggle the power plug on the laptop, it the charge LED flashes as you wriggle, the the fault is the power socket, it may simply have a dry solder joint or it is faulty and needs to be replaced. This requires the laptop to be dismantled to fix/solder the power socket or replace the faulty power socket.
