Question about Minolta QMS PagePro 9100 Laser Printer
I have Konica / Minolta PagePro 9100 and an Apple OSX 10.4.11 trying to print and I get the message, "1 Active Job" but nothing prints. I was able to print to the Adobe PDF OK and was able to print a "Status Page" on the PagePro 9100 OK.
Rebooted everything - same issue. My print queue says Job Sent OK. Any ideas?
I found out that it was some (vector) snowflakes we had in the art that had gradients that caused the printer to freeze.
We removed (in Adobe Illustrator® CS3) all of art work then replacing it on piece at a time, printing OK until we added the snowflakes. Turning the gradients into just halftones was our solution. The printer representative is going to give our printer a memory upgrade for free.
