I have this problem all the time... here is what I do. I find a friend with a CD/DVD that opens out horizontal, then put the mini CD in the center ring of the tray, then get a USB flash Drive and I copy and paste the entire mini-CD to it. then you can use it via the USB port on the PC that isn't able to take the mini-CD.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

The disk my web cam came with does not fit my cd tray. the cd is small so how do i install my camera

Just go ahead place the small CD on the center, it will still fit and will work. If your CD ROM is the one that's kind of standing, you will need to guide it (tilt to a degree that you feel can help) so it will not fall esp. if it can't hold the CD. If you have the external CD or DVD ROM then you can just do it like this.

Then you're ready to install your web cam! Hope it helps.
