Loading photos/videos onto computer

-   i cant put videos off my phone onto my computer-   jackmswfc

-   I have the Motorola Razr v3 and the Motorola Krazr. My v3 came with a USB connect cable and I have had no problem downloading my photos and videos from the Motorola Krazr to the computer (Windows XP). But when it comes to the v3; it simply will not work. Thru the Krazr I went into the "settings" tab and clicked on the "connecton" tab. In that window came the "sync" sign and that is basically all I had to do. If I try that same process within the v3 it takes me all the way to the "connection" tab then it says nothing about "sync." Please help me. I have recieved another cell phone and I do not want to loose my pics and videos.-   t-gizzle

-   im trying 2 get my videos from my phone on to the computer.
i plugged the phone into the usb and everything.
but it just wont work

-   I HAVE A CD IN MY COMPUTER AND CANNOT UPLOAD TO WHERE I WANT IT AND I ALSO DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE BROWSE SECTION-   Guest

-   i want to get a vid off my phone and on to youtube and i cant figure out how to do it because i keep getting something popping up when i plug my phone in asking to download software from a disc [[i didnt get one]] or choose a program to download from a list [[ no fricken programs anywhere in that list]] and i want to know where i can get the software without spending a ton of money thanks-   Guest
