iTunes won't work with MP3 players other than iPods, unless you install another product like iTunes Agent (ita.sourceforge.net), and even then it's no guarantee, plus you may find iTunes Agent difficult to use.
You should be able to use Rhapsody, Windows Media Player, or other programs like MediaMonkey or Winamp.
Once you choose the program you want to use to copy songs to your GX400, you'll need to locate your songs on your computer's disk in order to load them into the program's library. To find out where iTunes accesses your songs, click on iTunes' "Edit" menu, then "Preferences", then the "Advanced" tab. You'll see the song directory listed under "iTunes Media Folder Location".

I'm not with this brand specifically, but it does sound a lot like the iPod so I will try to help...
Even though the battery is most likely fully charged, it will continue to show the battery symbol to show that it is charging/charged. Depending on the brand, there will be a different symbol between a charging battery and a charged battery.
As for your music, make sure you have the most current driver(s) installed on your computer.
Also try searching FixYa for similar problems.

First of all you need to know the format of video which your player takes. If you can't find any videos in that format then you will need to get a converter programme, something like 'Any video converter' or 'Super' and they will be able to help you make your conversions. They are both totally free programmes.
