You need to use ur own account on your ipod since you don't have the password and when you sync music Itunes will delete apps from your ipod when you are signed in to ur account and ipod and you did not buy the apps yourself.

Hi we got the tv second hand and we can not tune it in as its asking for a pass code

Sounds obvius, but you should ask original owner.
Also might help if you should post make and model of this unspecified flat panel asking for password

My 32G IPOD will no longer accept touch commands. I cannot power down or unlock it.

Buy a new digitizer kit off e-bay and then go on you tube and watch videos on how to install.

My 32G ipod touch has a white screen that wont turn off

Thanks for contacting Fixya Support, I am glad to assist.

In order to reset your iPod Touch, you will need to
press in the Sleep/Wake button on the top left of the device, and the circular Home button, located on the front face on the bottom.

Do this for 10 more seconds and the device should shut down/off. Wait a moment and then restart the device.

That should be all it takes to fix the white screen issue.

I hope this helps.

you can try and restore it. remember it will clear everything from your ipod but you can resync them later after restoration, to restore:
make sure you have itunes running and have access to the internet.

hold down the power/sleep button and the home button at the same time, the ipod will go dark, once it goes dark release the power button while still holding down the home button, and itunes and a usb cable icon will show up.

you might have to do this several times before those icons show up since your screen does not even light up.

now connect the ipod to your computer and itunes should recognized the ipod and follow the instructions to restore your ipod. it will take some time but it worth the wait.

please rate.

My 32G I-touch does not work at all. No power no

Plug the thing in for 6-8 hours to totally charge it.  Then try.  If nothing, congratulations cause you have put this thing into paper weight mode.  This means you dropped it or it got exposed to liquids.  Apple won't replace your ipod for either of these reasons.  If your just an unlucky bastard, and really got a defective item, then you can take it back to the Apple store for a free replacement if your under the one year warranty.

Does the new bose dock station charge the new ipod touch (32g)?

The new SoundDock II charges your new iPod touch and is fully compatible all iPods and the iPhone 3G. Also the SoundDock Portable will do this. But..
Better news-> Call Bose. They can upgrade the 30-pin connector to charge via USB-only and function with the remote as well. $99. This will make your iPod touch 100% compatible and somewhat future-proof your SoundDock. If the SoundDock was purchased within 90 days (at full retail price), they will do the upgrade for a smaller fee or even free I think.. (new 1 year warranty given with repair/mod) btw- This is an Apple issue, not a Bose issue. All 3rd party iPod connection devices had to make this change at some point.
