Question about KB Gear JamCam 3.0 Digital Camera
I have a JamCam 3.0 (Silver/black with flash). I put CD into computer and it installed OK. Icon now on screen. Plugged USB into computer then into camera to get pictures onto Computer (JamCam site). Screen pops up: Files Needed: The file 'KBCAM.sus' on (Unknown) is needed. Type the path where the file is located and click OK. Problem is I don't know what that means??
I did type the site for JamCam (c:\ProgramFiles\JamCam3.0), nothing happened. There is drop-down box with 2 things: first is c:\winnt\ServicePackFiles (nothing happened); second is D:\drivers\win_nt.40\English (nothing happened).
Anyone know what to do? This camera has worked in the past without this problem. It just sent pics to computer without me doing anything.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
