Have you had the developer and drum replaced or does the screen say Replace PC Drum? Might want to have the developer replaced and drum/cleaning blade normally done all together, then run the F8 procedure and make sure the counters where cleared. Did you recently replace the drum and the developer if so did you clear the counters for the drum and developer, FIRST. IF not then the copier thinks the new drum and new developer are old. The copier works on the counters that is how it knows it got a new drum and developer. Get new developer and a new drum and have it installed correctly. Counters are clear before the unit is yanked out of the machine, then you remove the image unit/drum unit replace the developer/drum and cleaning blade. (DO NOT USE A VACUUM CLEANER WHEN REPLACING THE DEVELOPER static electricity can destroy the sensor located below the developer unit. Then reinstall and RUN F8. Make sure the fax line and Ethernet cable is removed can't print anything until the F8 is run. Or you will start all over again with new developer and a new drum. YOUR Code deals with the sensor located at the bottom of the image unit. Which monitors the Toner and developer mixture

if u require to reset the drum then msg me
Double check the connector for image process unit (Drum/DV) White connector to the left when you open front cover. Error code is a toner density sensor prob, could just be that connector isnt plugged in right. power down before reconnecting!
The drum unit may need to have the toner collection blade replaced. not the cleaning blade for the drum but the one below it that catches the toner cleaned off the drum. if this blade is old or damaged it losses its seal to the drum and drops tiny specks of toner onto the page.
Hope this helps...
C710 Toner sensor problem • The sensor output voltage is outside the range of 0.5 to 4.5 V during toner control. • The toner sensor control voltage cannot be set within the setting range when maintenance item U130 is run.
Try removing and refitting drum and toner.
if this does not help you may have damaged your toner cartridge or the sensor
