Believe it or not I cant find a number anywhere! Its just a cheap one. Under the eyepiece is a white film or paper under the glass. All other lenses are clean and clear. I get both power lights and IR light but cannot see through it. I have checked everywhere to find even a pic of one that looks like this one but havent had any luck. Its one solid piece bout 6" long and 3" tall.

kello, you NV devise Night Owl can't see mice at night now. I think may so, it has been taking a look see at many bright lights at night and during the day. No good for Night Owl now the poor Night Owl will have to be fed by hand, or it could die and go back to the mighty Red Star Place.
That seems to be a problem with these monoculars from different US companies. The majority of this unit are manufactured in Russia. For the companies that have thes NV made with logo on them are looking at the profit line. Buy cheap, sell high. Put you name on it and send it me. I will tell you what wrong with. Night Owl Optics is located El Paso, TX. They will not give you any informations on you NV monocular. This is called "Propriatary Use Only" it means they fix these units and nobody else. There could be a number thing wrong with Night Owl NOCX3, broken wires, bad electronic components, inverter not work, image tube has gone kuput! With out trouble shooting this monoculars. I am taking a guess. stewbison
Hello, your Night Owl NOCC3 monocular needs a new image intensifier tube. It is cost prohibitive to have it fixed. Auction it on eBay as "night Vision Night Owl Parts only" GB...stewbison
Hello, this Night Owl monocular will have two light (LED's), one green for on/off, and other red LED for IR illuminator. So, does the green light come on? Also, if still does work, then send it to me. I some parts to fix other NV devise and 95% of them are manufactured in Russia including yours. I wish you all the luck. GB...stewbison
