NetOur wireless computers consistently are unable to get on internet, while our wired computer has no problem.

Hi post0218,

Have you already tried to uninstall and reinstall the driver for your wireless computer? This is the easiest way to resolve the issue. Here's how:

1. Hit on the START button then go to CONTROL PANEL.

2. Look for DEVICE MANAGER, click on it.

3. Inside device manager you have the drivers just expand the NETWORK ADAPTERS.

4. After that right click on the driver for your wireless LAN and select UNINSTALL.

5. Wait until completely uninstalled and REBOOT your PC.

After uninstalling then reinstall the driver.

Hope this helps.

Thank you for using FixYa.

Try to remove the adapter to the computer. Uninstall and reinstall the driver before installing the adapter to the computer.

Note. if you got the same problem as before download the latest driver of the adapter then try to reinstall the driver again.

Unable to access the network

There are two things you can try, one is renaming the SSID in the Wireless settings from the default (WLAN) to another name then release and re-new the IP addresses. If that does not appear to work try uninstalling the Wireless USB network adapter(s), reboot and reinstall and that should solve the problem.
