Numbers on keypad are not working. It also started racing through the contacts and saying the contact names. It will not receive calls either, but it will let you know you had a missed call.

You need to first add new contact this will format sims card after doing so u should be able to go in and find all contacts your pics work the same way.
sir it may be because accidentally the phone would have made contact with water... my advice is give the set to local service station and change the keypads... hope i have helped you.. thank you sir...
you have to saved your contacts on your phone memory and not the simcard...
1- enter the number in the phone ( press store)
2 - you will see in this screen the phone is asking whether to save to sim or to phone.
3- press phone
4 - no you see that the contact list hs more options.you can enter the person name contact numbers eg home,cell,work, email address, then scroll to ringtone.
5 - here now when you open the ringtones you can now apply a store ringtone to the contacts name.
