Hi i have a standalone dvd copier ARS-2032 which no longer burns dvds but copys cds perfectly any ideas plz

WizHi,
Laser problem.
will either be a dual laser, 1 of which is not working.
Or the laser is not powering up enough to burn the DVD Layer.
Try using a laser head cleaning CD.
Hope this Helps. p.s don,t worry if you can,t resolve this.
DVD burners are as cheap as chips now, you can always keep this one as a reader.
