If you can ping it you can print to it. You simply need to add the proper network printer drivers, and the IP address for the printer to your network on EACH computer tha t you wish to access the printer. It is not hard to do but is not a brainless windows automatc set up either. You can download the drivers from many places including www.feedrollers.com which deals with parts and accessories for these printers as well as all the manuals, users AND SERVICE, that you will need. By the way, I used to be an HP service tech... I even go to feeedrollers for my own use...

I have hp printer 2035 when add to network not stop printing

If you have reused an IP address from an old or different printer then likely you have a stale print job that is spooling to the printer once you connect it and likely the driver is not compatible with the 2035. Try connecting the printer with a different address to see what happens.

Gentlemen... I have the intention of buying a HP Laser Jet 5Si Network Laser Printer. My QUESTION IS....Will I be able to connect it to my PC that has OS XP HOME? Thank you very much for your kind...

Hi,

Yes the printer is compatible with Windows XP Operating system.

The printer will come with a Printer software disk for Windows XP to install. IF you do not get the disk for any reasons, Call HP Tech support and ask them to send one to you.

How is the machine connected? try changing the data cable if this doesn't work then shutdown your computer while the machine is on and reboot as if it is connected via LPT port some systems like to have the printer on before the computer.

Try this and I hope it helps if it doesn't then you might have a faulty print formatter board.
Thanks J
