1. perform a soft reset.
turn the phone off and slide it into the qwerty mode. hold down the "S" and "L" button as u turn on the phone. this will do a soft reset to your phone

2. Master Reset
IMPORTANT: The device will be set back to factory settings; all data stored on the device will be lost. The device may not be functional for up to 15 minutes after a master reset is performed.
NOTE: Default password is 0000.
