Try changing the paper size to LTR in the printer panel, then go to computer printer setup and choose printing preferences and choose page setup and change the paper size to Letter (LTR) also.

13.05.00 jam in

Hello Konnaris Nikos,
Welcome, and thank you for using FixYa!
To answer your question: There are five known causes for the error code you are seeing.
1. Paper did not get to the fuser within the expected time.2. You are printing on smaller media which is likely encounter 13.05 jams - especially if using media with lengths from 160 to 170 mm (6.25 to 6.75 inches).3. A worn-out fuser can cause both 13.05.00 and 13.06.00 jams.4. Lightweight media that is acclimated in a high-humidity environment can curl excessively and cause 13.05.00 jams.5. Legal paper used when the job calls for envelope will result in a 13.05.00 or 13.06.00 jam instead of a size error.
You will need to have the printer examined for a maintenance kit to be installed. You may also want to check and make sure your print project isn;t set to use Envelope as the paper media and the drawer is loaded with Legal paper.Thank should fix your issues.

Have a great day!

I am using Toshiba e-studio 166. When i print say 10 documents together, at the output there are more than 15 papers i.e. 5 are unprinted plain papers come out stuck together in between. Please advise your...

Toshiba has extraordinary fingers and rubbers for paper pick up, so I assume that paper is the main problem.
Every time when you need to put paper in drawer you should shake a little bit (depends on paper manufacturer if they don't cut paper good they are connected with small tiny pieces of paper).
Also if paper is wet they will cause issues. Keep paper dry.
I hope it helps

Copier doesn't recognize that paper is loaded

Hello sir; Make sure you close drawer tight then pay attention on listening the noise when you close the drawer, if quiet that's mean paper lifting motor defect, otherwise go to paper sensor.

Dell 3000cn keep getting load mpf when i try to print but there is paper in the tray. how do I get it to recognize the paper. I've changed nothing on the computer but this just started to happen! please...

I have a Dell 3010n myself, and a few times I did run into that "Load MPF" issue.
1.) Before printing a document, please check and see the properties. i.e. Kind/type of paper, which tray, or if printing envelopes or any other document than a regular 8 x11 paper. Putting all the tray and paper type selection on "Auto" can be very helpful.
2.) On the printer itself, there is a menu button where you can configure the type of paper, i.e. regular 20 llb. copy/print paper, glossy photopaper, thicker paper - after you place a fresh load on the paper tray and slide it in, usually it will ask you which type of paper you just loaded. Make sure it is the same settings as the document that you are trying to print: i.e. if document settings on computer was set to print on photopaper and you have regular paper on the tray, the printer will do a "Load MPF".
The paper sensor on it is amazingly (for a Dell, that is) sensitive and it can differentiate across a lot of paper types/thickness. If you have several computers and user across a network, and there are several paper-type settings done on the printer itself, this "Load MPF" issue will present itself more often.
In my case, it's simply because the person who recently changed the paper-type to glossy cover paper from some user who previously printed to a transparency forgot to revert MPF/Tray 1 to regular copy/print paper. Most cases, the printer setting on the PC has been left to print on to a transparency by default, so even if I stack the tray with copy paper to the hilt, it still will do "Load MPF".

Do not know how to print two-sided documents in landscape mode.

This one is easy but it will take trial and error before it will work. You need to copy one side then take the same copy and put it back in drawer. Trial and error come from you making the 2nd side to see what side and direction to put paper back into the paper tray to get it correct. Hope I did not confuse you. Let me know if this helped or fixed your issue.

Our printer (8400) light keeps turning red saying it is out of paper when it isn't. Every time this happens you have to open and shut the drawer to get it to print. How do I fix this.

That sounds like a false jam. Your feed roll probably needs replaced if I am reading this correct. If you can run some prints and then that comes up I would believe it to be a feedroll problem.
