I have a x340 all in one. The paper tray was slammed shut to hard and now there is no power. I suspect the wiring directly behind the paper tray. How do I get a wiring diagram

Hi,
In this case I will recommend to replace the Low Voltage Power supply. For what you are saying maybe something got damaged in the LVPS.

Wont print. Cant detect paper.

There's a problem with the software in the unit. Brother does no longer offer software updates. You can try and power off the unit, unplug the USb cord from the back of the machine. Wait 1 minute, plug the USB back in and power the unit up. After unit cycles, should be ok. If not, uninstall/reinstall the software///

It ses "no tray reinstall

it sounds like the tray is not seated. pull the tray out make sure the paper is where you want it and not stuck half way out and well fast and firmly slam it shut. and remember we are dealing with plastic here so no motions with your feet! If it still isn't take out tray and power down unplug from wall and wait 3 minutes then plug in and let it warm up then add the tray back.

How to open tray when it don't want to open

You can manually eject the tray, you have to take the faceplate off to do this, but here is the instructions:

Describe your Minolta Di3010 Grayscale CopHi I

The error code you are getting is a paper tray lift problem. Open all the paper trays and make sure that you have the correct size paper in each paper tray. Also, make sure the paper guides are tight againest the paper in the trays. Turn the copier OFF then back ON... Wait for the copier to come to ready and one tray at a time reinstall each tray at a time.... The one that cause's the error code to show up is the paper tray with the problem. Once you know what tray is the problem, remove the tray and look inside the copier for a wade of paper jammed behind the tray... If not you may have a bigger problem, then we can help with... Good Luck....

200.13 paper jam remove cartridge

The Lexmark x340 and x342n has 3 sensors that identify the path of the paper below it.
2 are below the feeder roll of paper and the other in fusion.
Clean the sensor or adjust the tamnho the paper tray to which the document is.

Hp 4000 roller replacement

Sorry, I forgot I posted this. I figured out how to get the rollers off and back on. The problem now is that I replaced the smaller rollers but it is still failing to pick up the paper. It worked well for about 3 days and is back to the same paper jam error, minus the groaning. Any ideas? These would be the intake rollers on trays 1 and 2.
