Locked disc tray (by 2 users)

When open disc tray button selected, LOCKED is displayed. User Guide does not specify how to UNLOCK!

I have the same problem.

The CD tray display "Locked".. Does not open the CD input slot. Manual does not provide any help..

Suggest a new solution for this problem
