It was the clear silver side that got damaged the side you turn down to actually play the game it was the console that actually scratched all 4 of them it put a full circle in the centre of them

Have you checked into the "Disc Dr. " or "Game Dr." cd resurfacing products? These discs of your can only be restored if the clear face is what got damaged... if the back/printed/title face of the disc got damaged, they're gone.

Check to see if there are any scratches or laser burn marks on the discs. Scratches or marks on discs will render game discs unplayable or will freeze the game and will often show a message stating “Disc Read Error” or something to that effect. Best remedy for starters, is to clean the discs and make sure there are no scratches or marks left on the play-side of the discs. A common problem that Xbox owners are reporting is if the console is moved during play, a whirring noise is heard and then when the disc is removed, very visible laser burn rings are found on the disc.
Laser burn, looks like complete or partial circular scratches around your disc, also known as “the ring of death”. This occurs to discs when the games console has been moved whilst playing, from an upright to a horizontal position or vice versa or simply knocked against or the wires may have been just tripped upon. Discs are then impaired by a ring of laser burn, which is a circular scratch into the disc. Some home remedies may help with very light scratches on some discs but professional disc repair services is normally required to restore disc laser burn damage back to "As Good As New Condition".

For further help on Xbox & Xbox 360 disc repairs, visit:

www.discREPAIR.ie

Check the “More Info” & “FAQ” Sections for further details on disc repairs and related matters.

If this laser burn scenario is consistently happening to your game discs especially if the console has not been moved or bumped against while the discs is in play, the games console itself may require repair.
You should contact Microsoft for assessment and guidelines.

Hope this Helps!!

Unreadebale disk

have you tried to play any other games since this started? try another game or dvd movie, if it works fine then your Modern Warfare disc is either damaged or defective, if it not scratched try taking it back to where you got it and asking for a replacement. If no other games or movies work then your xbox 360 disc drive has failed, you will have to contact Microsoft and probably send your xbox in for repair.

My xbox is not reading any games or dvds when i put a disk in it starts reading then comes up open try like the xbox thinks there is no disc in there at all

it sounds like your dvd drive lens is dirty or out of line without opening your machine the best bet is to buy a cd with tiny brushes on to clean any dust of lens if not you would have to open xbox to clean lens yourself i have plenty of experience with drives they can easily be damaged so get help if not sure.

Will not read xbox 360 games and will not load

This is a common issue.
1. Make sure your disk is clean. Dirty disk can cause disk reading issues.
2. Clean the drive with a CD/DVD laser cleaner.
3. Replace the laser. You can get a replacement from Ebay for $10-15. Make sure you get the right one for you drive. There are several different models.

My xbox is not reading discs i try it like 15 times

Do you get the message, "Your Xbox can't recognize this disk. Make sure it's an Xbox game, DVD movie, or audio CD. Also check to see if the disk is dirty or damaged. Remove the disk to continue."? If so, is it displaying the message for all of you games? If it is, then it is most likely a problem with the console itself.

Unreadible Disk as soon as I put the disk in.

do other games work? if not your magnet in your xbox console disk drive may be defective and i would suggest returning it to Microsoft to have them look at it. If other games do work your fallout 3 disk may be severely scratched or the magnetic strip on it may have gotten demagnetized or otherwise damaged and will most likely need to be replaced...sorry
