Question about RCA Televison & Video
If you cannot adjust the convergence using the alignment procedure , that usually means that the convergence ICs must be replaced.
Along with the convergence ICs (I think STK730 -130 on PTK195 chassis), better testing resistors located in convergence board.
If instead part of the service menu has disappeared, then the EEPROM hosted on the digital communication circuit may have failed. In that case the whole digital board must be replaced, as the EEPROM (250696) must be re-flashed with image, and the image software is not available anymore.
This last problem is not a common fault.
