The vaulve at back of the machine needs replacing. remove top, disconnect water supply and that is the part you need . Tip if machine has 2 hoses, you need to determine which is faulty, you can do this by turning hot water off 1 night if your machine is empty in morning then you know it is hot water vaulve, failing that then turn off your cold water next night.

The inlet vaulve is faulty. Is machine hot and cold fill? if so you will need to change correct vaulve.

My hotpoint few12 is emptying through top where you put powder But it is spinging ,Whats wrong with it

I think what was meant is that the water seems to overflow from the top side and so washes off the powder. This can be due to a improper setting or fault on the water level controller unit as it fails to detect and stop the water flows at a lower level.

My machine won't drain and I can't find the

After having removed back panel, locate and remove large black hose fastened to bottom of drum.
Remove and clean plastic filter inside hose.
Remove hose onto pump and check for blockage or obstruction here as well.
Hope this helps you.

Few12 will not spin after washing, any ideas

Had the same problem. Removed the kick plate at front and unscrewed filter. In the filter recess I found a cotton wool bud. Appeared to have stopped the blade like fan spinning which appears to push the water into the drain hose. Works perfectly now.

Even when not programmed to the washer/dryer fills up with water?

Check the water inlet valves, located where the water lines plug into the machine. Also check for proper water pressure and make sure that your water pressure is not surging. If this help please rate. Thank you

Not draining and flooding my kitchen!

hiya
first off norah, you will need to check the pump filter as there is probably a blockage in there.

secondly guest, sounds like a faulty pressure switch or even a small hole in the pressure pipe, thats why your machine will not stop filling.

hope these help

please dont forget to rate the helpfulness of this reply thanks kj
