Quite often the manual definition of error code can be quite vague. I would suspect a couple of possibilities. You could have a kink in your outlet pipe, your outlet pump could be faulty or you have a blocked internal or external filter.

The problem is the door open/lock mechanism. if you can remove it you just need to clean the contacts inside with emery paper/sand paper and re-assemble.

Hello - Error code "E20" typically indicates that the water is not draining properly or not pumping out fast enough. Is the washer making a humming noise? If so, either the drain hose may be kinked or the household drain is clogged. Otherwise the unit can be experiencing more serious issues, like a faulty pump or Main Control Board. If I was in your position, I will personally consult a certified technician for a proper diagnosis and to move forward accurately.
