Question about Televison & Video
I'm not massively familiar with your machine but I can offer a few suggestions.
The following link will take you to a couple of firmware downloads (towards the bottom of the page).
Pick one and download it.
When you burn it to disk there are a couple of things to consider;
a. Is the disc compatible with the Kross (CD-R, CD-RW, DVD+R, DVD+RW, DVD-Audio, DVD-R, DVD-RAM, DVD-RW)?
b. Ensure, when burning, that you 'close the session' on the disc. That is to say untick any box that says something like 'allow further writing to disc'.

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
