I will give you a quick simple solution.
when your black berry is on, just pull out its battery, keep it out for about 30 seconds, put it back. your BB should restart after which all should be ok. Otherwise, if it doesn't work, do a factory reset. you should back up your data first for this procedure will erase all user data including your contacts. go to Options, then scroll down to Security Options... open General Settings... click on the menu key and choose "Wipe Handheld." ok

Using my Nokia C6 phone , How i can delete a single entry from my call leg rather than delete the whole entries. for example how delete a single number from the recieved or dialed numbers?

Hello,
Its easy. Just go to that call log. For instance, you want to delete XYZ's number from the received calls log, go to you recieved calls, scroll to XYZ, select 'options'. In the options, select 'delete'. You would be asked if you actually want to delete the number XYZ from the received calls log. Selecting 'yes' deletes the number.
You can do the same for your dialled and missed calls.

Hope that helped you?
Have a wonderful day.

  1. Open the Phone application.
  2. Open the Call Log by clicking the middle button in the toolbar.
  3. Touch the call log/contact in the list without clicking the screen.
  4. Display the menu, then select SMS Text (Name/Number).
  5. If required, rotate the BlackBerry smartphone to switch to landscape mode.

Can you check you rsettings here:
- Open Phone Log Screen
- Click menu "Options".
- Click Smart Dial;

And in general all your outgoing call settings related to region
