Question about Apple iPod nano
I've had my 5th gen video do the same thing at one time and if you hold down the menu button and the center button at the same time, it will reset your ipod. Once the screen goes blank, release both buttons, and then hold down the center button and the play/pause button as this will enter it into data transfer mode. Once in data transfer mode you can plug the ipod into your computer and it should recognize your ipod.
