I would love to know what it is that you are talking about.
Look to see after you run it, what the plug looks like, wet or black is too much fuel, white is not enough fuel. You could have an issue with air intake dirty, or low compression. If timing jumps, this also will effect it. Carburators have a seperate jet for idle, then another for 1/2 throttle and up. The needle works between these.
