Question about GE (PSS26MSRSS) Side by Side Refrigerator
I have a kenmore side by side refridgerator. Both sides were not staying cold. I took everything out of freezer. the back was nothing but ice- all the way to the bottom. I thawed everything and cleaned real good. Now freezer works but fridge still want get back cold. I even dusted all coils under and behind. Its like the air is not coming in from freezer. vents are open and fan works in freezer. I dont understand!!! Please help!!!
Your right the air is not getting through the cold coil / when you defroated it . did you remove the back of freezer . if not there is still 2 in of ice back there blocking the air flow/ now a good defrost is needed but you need to correct the problem of why this happened . either the timer / heater or defrost termminator is bad . usualy its the heater.. mm hope this helped .. feed back pls
