for your puk code you will need to contact your sim network and ask them for the puk code there the only one to have this .
dont enter any other number till you have your puk code for sim network.

ur sim is blocked ,,now u can get the other sim card from customer care center as same mobile no.,,,,,,,,,,,,ok

just complete your wuestion first and by the way wat i understood is the contacts in nk1100 should be shifted to another mobile you can change the contacts from phone to simcard its very simple.

You will get the Puk number from you connection services center and you will be required to take you NIC card with your self.
