Error Code E90 typically means that you have a faulty motor door latch, lock motor assembly, door light switch or a defective EOC. You would need this to be diagnosed by a professional technician in order to properly repair the wall oven.
Usually the F-03 error code means you have a bad oven tempreture sensor. To test the tempreture sensor you would use a multimeter set to ohms. At room tempreture the sensor should read between 1000-1100 ohms any less then this and you would replace the oven tempreture sensor in the unit. If you have any further questions message me back. p.s I also looked afterwards in your service manual and the F-03 error code does refer to the oven tempreture sensor
F-03 code indicates a failure with the temperature sensor. The
sensor comes into the oven cavity on the back wall and is a little
smaller than a pencil.
The most common reason for this error is a wire
connection between the sensor and the control board. Try to measure the sensor with ohm meter, an read about 1080 ohms at room temperature if it is good.
