Question about Cell Phones
Am Ajayi Foluso I work with Procter & Gamble Nigeria Ltd, I bought Samsung i607 last year during my training period in Manila and since have been enjoying the phone.
Since yestarday, the phone has not been accessing network, it is displaying "Phone off" i went to the wireless manager menu to put it on but still not suffice. kindly help me.
TRy to reset the phone
Try to take out the battery and do a power cycle
Try to release the flee power form the phone and check whether it works
How to release flee power
1. take out battery
2. when battery is out , press power on button for 30 secs
3. plug battery back in
4. press power on button to turn phone on
if still does not work
Contact ur phone service provider who u pay the bills for ur phone and check there is no network problem in ur area right now
if still not successfull
then take ur phone to samsung authoriZed service center
to get a list of service centers in ur area
