Question about Canon PIXMA MP780 All-In-One InkJet Printer
You should remove all inks and then lift the lever to remove the printhead. You can dab the bottom on a paper towel damp with water to clean old ink and paper dust off the nozzle area. Re-intalll printhead and inks, do at least 2 deep cleans, if not improved you will need a new printhead. The part number is stamped on the side of the printhead.

Hi,
First of all you take out your cartridge form printer and try to clean nozzle from tissue paper then insert the cartridge in your printer then take a print out. If it is still not working then you have change your cartridge.
