Yes you can make a small trick for that. You can use a sqweeter on the milk silicone hose so the milk can flow with more dificalty as long as you can see milk flowing this can be up to 78 C . You should keep the cappuccinatore very clean since you will need the steam to come as easy as possible

THE FORTHED MILK NOT HOT

Try steaming less actual milk and allowing the froth and expansion to make up the volume you need for the size of the cup. This allows you to steam the milk longer achieving a hotter froth.

Hi
There is a pin on top of the cappuccinator the will twist to create suction. Turn it slowly when steaming until it starts to draw milk up to foam. Then leave it. If you don't have the pin, thats your problem.

I have a Saeco Royal Professional. My problem is that the cappucinatore is not sucking up the milk. We've rinsed it with water and it still doesn't **** up the milk.

HI
If you still have the pin in the top of the cappuccinator, try twisting it when the cap. is steaming. Twist slowly until it starts to draw milk up the tube. If you don't have the pin that is the problem.
There is a flat side on the shaft of the pin that causes the suction when the steam passes the pin. If you don't have the pin you can get any suction.

Cappucinatore won't pull milk through the tube

Hi
There should be a small pin on the top of the Cappuccinator. When it starts, twist the pin slowly until the milk flows up the tube. Then leave it where it is and it will work all the time.

Steamer is not getting hot enough.

Try using the milk clamp on the tube going into the milk.Tightening it will make your milk hotter.
Your steam wand however, is a different problem.
First, check in the programming that the steam temp. is 125 celcius.
If it is, and none of the tubes from the steam wand to the boiler valve are blocked, your boiler temp. sensor may be faulty, in which case, you will need to replace that.
