Question about Acer Computers & Internet
It is possible that your ethernet port is disabled. Right click on My Computer and choose Manage. In the window that opens up, click on Device Manager. Look under the Network Adapters section to see if there is anything with a red x on it. If so, right click and choose Enable. If it is not there, look for devices that are not recognized (with Yellow question marks or Exclamation points). If the device is there, then you'll have to reinstall the drivers for it.
