Question about Samsung Memoir SGH-T929 Cell Phone
Uninstall all of the Samsung software and drivers in the Add/Remove programs. I have the same phone and here is what I did.
Go to this link to download the updated drivers and PC Studio. http://www.samsung.com/us/support/detail/supportPrdDetail.do?menu=SP01&prd_mdl_cd=SGH-T929ZKATMB&prd_mdl_name=SGH-T929&prd_ia_sub_class_cd=P
Click on Software and you'll have to agree to the terms that pop up. You can then download the updated drivers and PC Studio for your phone. The virus probably corrupted the Samsung drivers and that's why your phone is no longer recognized.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
