My new Acer Aspire 5734z shutdown the day before yesterday. It sometimes will let me stay a few secs in safemode but then shuts down again. I dont understand why and im not really good at fixing computers...

Please try fixing it by running LKGC.

Follow the steps below,

Step 1: Shut down your PC completely.
Step 2: Turn on the Power button.
Step 3: As soon as you turn it on start hitting the F8 key on your keyboard until you get to a black screen called "Windows Advanced option". (If you don't get to that that screen but you end up reaching the blue screen than that means you have delayed in hitting the F8 key. start again from step 1.)
Step 4: As soon as you reach "Windows Advanced option" use your down arrow keys to choose an option called "Last know good configuration".
Step 5: Select that and HIT ENTER.

You should take out the cover in the back, it has 5-6 screws i dont remember exactly. Then, you will see the cooler fan and most probably you will see it is full of dust. The cooler is also fixed with 2 more screws, so take them of and clean all the dust. dont use water...etc It should solve the problem, i had the same.

Blue screen - kmode exception not handled - ntoskrnl.exe

Did you install anything on your computer right before this happend to you??? Usually when this Dreaded Blue Screen comes up its a hardware issue, You may have installed Memory, USB, ECT... check that out and remove some of your memory first and see if that helps you out any. try also a F`12 or F8 start. see if that helps you out any, Get back to me if you have any other Questions Thanks Bear001
