Its possible that someone has hacked your password and corrupted your accounts. If so then you will have little that you can do about this, but yes try to open those accounts on a different computer. If it works there then there might be a virus or a proxy issue on the computer.
In that case run a scan with Malware Bytes, download it from www.filehippo.com. If you need more help then kindly revert.

if the error message says blocked page, then use the software "G pass".Just run the application ,then from its list of tunneled applications select the internet explorer or your default browser and the rest will be done by the software
Assumption: Your internet connection is not making any problem with it. This problem happens in Internet Explorer (IE). Both both Gmail and Orkut is inaccessible in IE. Even if you will install Mozilla Firefox then the problem will persist with an error message.
This is happen by a virus infection that block the Orkut and Gmail. the only solution is that, you have to scan your PC with a updated antivirus/antispyware software and then browse. I know this is not a big problem and this will soved by the above method.
Do you use a router, or are you connecting the modem straight to the laptop?
Does the modem have multiple plugs for computers to plug into (if so, it is functioning as a router as well.?
Do you have any firewall/internet security software installed?
My guess without the above information would be that it is a problem with your DNS setting. Open "Network Connections" and right click on your "Local area connection" and go to properties. Click on the "Internet Protocol (TCP/IP" entry and click properties. Be sure that it is set up to "Obtain DNS server address automatically"
