BATTERY NOT CHARGING
MY BRAND NEW MP3 BATERY WONT CHARGE. IT PLAYS AND HAS POWER WHEN CONNECTED TO PC. THEN SWITCHES OF COMPLETELY WHEN I REMOVE IT FROM THE PC SAYING BATTERY LOW.

do u eject it before u unplug it from the usb port? i have to do this to mine, then turn the player off n back on

I have a creative zen xtra 30gb, and the trouble is that when it comes to charging up the battery, it says the battery is low, even when i charged it up overnight. I have just brought this new mp3, and had previously owned the same one for about 4 and a half years, until it played in one ear. I still have the old one for charging the battery, but it is annoying when I am travelling to work, and the battery is low, knowing that i can't re-charge it. I have reinstalled the CD software, but i still doesn't recharge. Can you help?
