Take the watch to a Diesel authorized dealer and ask them to fix it for you.
Removing the back from the watch and taking out the movement could cause more problems than it is worth because replacing backs is sometimes more difficult than it would seem.
I have seen reports that unauthorized repairers have damaged backs (and likely the seal), which is why the authorised dealer is best, as he is likely to have the best tools for the work.
