SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I need to know how many songs will my Mp3 hold? Branch-Element Model#gc-920

Well, the total number of Mp3 would depend on the amount of space available on the player. Say, if you have 1 GB of space on the player then you can easily store upto 300 Mp3 and so on.

If you need any further help, please revert back so that we can continue to work on a solution.

My MP3 Player is stuck in Japanese , I need help . its a GC920

There is a menu map in the manual at http://www.elementelectronics.com/support_docs/gc-920/gc-920_manual.pdf
PRESS M until you see the SYS SETUP SCREEN (Second one after voice mode, you can tell by the background)
-> to move the than language menu item (4 times, it seems)
PRESS M to enter the selection menu. English should be an option, written in English. The language menus usually write each language in the native language.

I need the firmware of the gc-822

You should be able to download the driver here: http://www.elementelectronics.com/support_downloads.html

Just select "GC-820" on the dropdown menu after "MP3 Players"
Then, click "Get Driver"
It should start downloading it to your computer.

(FYI: GC-820, GC-821, GC-822 and GC-823 are all the same model of MP3 player, they're just different colors)

Since you posted this under "Mac Laptops", though, I'm not sure the driver will help you out. According to Element Electronics' website (http://www.elementelectronics.com/products/mp3_players/2g-gc-800/2g-gc-800.html), it looks like the MP3 player is only compatible with Windows machines.
If you *are* on a Mac, try just plugging your MP3 player into the computer and see if your computer recognizes it.

Hope this helps!
I'm not sure if this MP3 player will work on a Mac though. Plug it in and see if it shows up in Finder.

Element GC-920/940 MP4 disk won't get read correctly

The GC940 DOES play videos. I have successfully converted movies to AMV format and played them, Sometimes the sound will however be a bit low.

www.soft29.com/download/freeware/AMV_Convert_400.zip

Use this program. Make sure you have the updated codecs on your computer, and convert AVI files to AMV, then move them to anywhere on your player. I use a movie folder, and rename them to the movie I want. A full 1.5 hour movie will take about 200-300 mb of space.

Please keep in mind that the movie does have to have an AMV extension, not MP4 or MPEG.

Codecs can be found here - www.free-codecs.com/download/K_lite_codec_pack.htm

HOW DO I PUT VIDEO ON MY GC-921 ELEMENT

Dude, the resolution is too high on any video you've put on it already, I guarantee you. It has to be like... 240x150 or something like that, it said in the user's manual. So... if you don't know anything about resolution, you're farked.

Problem with playing movies on my element GC-1020 model mp3 playe

when you put the mini-disk that came with your player into your PC, install the AVIconverter and it will allow you to convert certain video files into the ".avi" format, enabling you to watch videos that would otherwise be unplayable on it. there should be directions for this process in your users manual.

How Do I set up The MP3 Player?

to solve this issue, load disc player into your drive. when it brings on the files down load english verson and repair version. Once you have done this go to your start menu and hit computer,go to E-drive. You will have to downsize your e-drive to fit on the same page, go back into the start menu to your my music files and downsize that window so both pages are next to one another. Make sure that your player is connected then drag the song you want on the player into the E-drive address bar. BUT YOU CAN ONLY LOAD FILES THAT SAY MP3. WMA FILE WILL NOT PLAY ON THIS PLAYER.

I HAD TO STAY ON ON THE PHONE FOR 2 HOURS JUST TO GET A 2 MINUTE ANSWER BECAUSE ELEMENT INSTRUCTIONS AND COSTUMER SERVICE IS SO POOR.

Anyways, I hope this helps. Happy New Year.
