Question about HP Officejet 5610 All-In-One InkJet Printer
After clearing a paper jam (incorrectly by pulling paper out from front), I get no print on paper. Manual indicates incorrect clearing of paper jam may damage print head, and I don't know if head is bad or maybe just a new ink cartridge is needed. Is there any way to trouble shoot this without having to buy a new cartridge, which would be fairly expensive and may not be the problem anyway?
Thanks for any help!
Unplug this beast. Take the old ink cartridge out and re-insert. Also, check for any other jammed papers that need to be removed. Then turn this beast back on. See if that does anything old chap.
