Download the motherboard manual from the link provided;
http://www.msi.com/index.php?func=proddesc&prod_no=527&maincat_no=1&cat2_no=171&cat3_no=89
The main power cable, (20-pin) connector is located to the left of the CPU and connects only one way. Use the manual to help you make all connections to the motherboard. You will also need Adobe reader installed in order to view the downloaded manual. Download Adobe (Free) from the next link; http://www.adobe.com/products/reader/
Open to page 1-4, motherboard layout.

Cheers'

Desperately need specs.& a diagram for hdd led, pwr led, pwr switch. they have been disconnected from the motherboard

Hi,
What is the part number of your motherboard?
Look on the motherboard for a part number. Usually it is a combination of letters and numbers.
Common motherboards are Gigabyte, MSI, ASUS, Asrock, etc
Type that part number you found on your board into Google. You should be looking for a weblink that points to the manufactures website. eg www.gigabyte.com
If you wish, write down the part number of the board and then go to the manufacturers website eg www.asus.com and then type in your part number.
You will be looking for the motherboard manual once you locate the motherboard on the website. If you do have the manual it is usually shown where the computer case leads go in that manual.
One another note, often with a magnifying glass you can work out what leads go onto what pins on the motherboard pin assembly. for eg the speaker connections are usually marked SPKR (or something similar) and the adjacent pins will be for the RESET, LED, POWER etc etc
Good luck, ask for more help if you need it.
Cheers,
Steve

Can't find usb driver for msi ms6378 motherboard

Normally you do not need a USB driver from your motherboard manufacturer (and they will not list one). The software driver which operates USB is handled by your operating system, and should be present in its latest version if you have been keeping your OS up to date.

No power to emachines t6522

Hi,
The final set of connections are the front panel leads that attach to the motherboard. This includes the LEDs for hard drive activity and power status, the case speaker, and most importantly, the power switch.
eg:

You should consult your motherboard manual to find out where to plug these in. The power one is obviously the most important.

Hope this helps

MS-7125 ver1 K8N Neo4 motherboard problem

Do you have the K8N-Neo4 motherboard? MS-7125 is the intern p/n for the K8N

If so, try this address, these are the most recent drivers for the motherboard.

FITTING MOTHERBOARD

If you have not removed the old motherboard from the case, then you can identify the various front panel connectors as you disconnect them and label them. Some front panel connectors have labels printed on the connectors which makes it easy for you to identify its purpose. If you have already removed the old motherboard then you will need to trace each of the leads to the front panel to see what they are connected to (eg. the LEDs and switches etc).
You will also need to identify on the new motherboard the various connectors for each function, eg power LED, hard drive LED, reset switch, power on switch, internal speaker etc. If you are lucky It may be printed on the motherboard, if not you will need to refer to the manual.
NOTE the LEDs are polarity sensitive, if the LED does not light, then swap the connector around the other way.
